Return & Refund Policy
Damages, Defects, or Wrong ItemsBecause each item is custom-made just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as a wrong size or a change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product (e.g., wrong design or color), we will be happy to assist you.
Please contact our customer service team at info@dharmaflownj.com within 20 calendar days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, we will either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your order tracking shows that the package was lost in transit, please contact us at info@dharmaflownj.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to production. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
